Employers

IntelSensus

Our dedicated talent and skills intelligence platform, giving organisations a real-time view of the cost of skills, capacity and performance across their people. Visit the IntelSensus website to explore what it can do for your organisation.

SkillSensus

A powerful skills mapping and tracking tool that helps employers understand what capability they have, underused hidden talents, where the gaps are and how to close them. Visit the SkillsSensus website to learn more.

Competency Frameworks

We build bespoke competency frameworks that define what good looks like at every level of your organisation, creating a shared language for recruitment, development and progression. This also supports succession planning and high-potential staff identification to plan confidently for the future.

Bespoke Systems

When the challenge is unique, so is the answer. We co-design and build exactly what you need, from a bespoke competency framework for organisation design to a purpose-built training and asset compliance tool. Whatever the brief, we shape it around your people and your context, not a template.

LMS

Most learning platforms tell you who finished a module. Ours tells you whether your people are actually more capable and compliant as a result. TalentSensusLMS is fully white-labelled, quick to build and test in real time, and priced to grow with you. Every lesson completed feeds a skills passport, building a complete view of individuals’ competences.

Examples of our Tools in Action

Our team has led and delivered complex, multi-partner projects across the UK, Ireland, Europe and the US. We tackle some of the most challenging labour market, community and policy briefs in the public and third sectors. Here is a selection of the work we’re proud of.

Gaming for Peace (GAP)

We were part of the EU Horizon 2020-funded GAP project, an international research initiative using serious games to build skills in conflict prevention and peacebuilding. The project developed role-playing simulations that helped personnel from different organisations understand, communicate and collaborate more effectively in complex, multi-agency peace missions.

Community Resilience in Urban Areas (CRUA)

In partnership with the British, Hungarian and Danish Red Cross societies, we supported the delivery of this EU-funded project to build flood resilience in urban communities. Working across three countries, the project produced community engagement toolkits, an emotional resilience model, a serious game for preparedness training and a multiagency practice framework – all co-designed with the communities themselves.

US Workforce System Services: Pre-Eligibility

Working in partnership with EDSI, TalentSensus has delivered proven workforce system solutions for state and local workforce agencies across the United States. Our pre-eligibility is operational across Missouri supporting 13 local areas and more than 25 job centers. Our system provides workforce boards with a stable, secure and fully supported solution that manages program eligibility, job center operations and local customization requirements, all at transparent, predictable cost. It is built to scale from a single local area to a statewide deployment without sacrificing the responsiveness and hands-on support that public sector clients need.

Policing: Skills, Deployment & Wellbeing

We have developed a research-backed framework for transforming how policing organisations manage talent from skills-based recruitment and deployment through to AI-supported wellbeing monitoring and career progression. The approach connects role profiling, mental health indicators and predictive analytics to help forces put the right people in the right roles, and keep them.

Cyber Skills: National Resilience

As part of a strategic consortium, we designed a national cyber skills programme for Ireland positioning TalentSensus as the data and analytics engine at its centre. The programme is built to give SMEs, government and national security bodies a real-time view of cyber capability across the labour market, while equipping individuals with verified, portable credentials.

Community Regeneration: The Prosperity Pipeline

A place-based public-private partnership model developed to address economic inactivity, talent leakage and social vulnerability through integrated workforce diagnostics, skills mapping and community investment. The model is built around a “Diagnose, Map, Mobilise” approach and draws on anchor institution spending to keep economic benefit local.

Not Sure Where to Start?

That’s exactly where we come in

Every organisation we work with arrives at a different stage and with a different challenge. Some know precisely what they need. Others are still working out the right questions to ask. Either way, we’re comfortable starting the conversation wherever you are.
