The best work happens with people, not for them.

TalentSensus has never worked alone. From European peacekeeping programmes to United States workforce systems, national cyber skills infrastructure to community regeneration, our strongest work has always been built alongside partners who bring something we do not. Technology specialists, sector bodies, delivery organisations, research institutions and fellow consultancies who share our belief that people are always the point.

Partnership, for us, is not a logo exchange. It is co-design in practice. We choose partners whose expertise complements ours and whose values match ours, then we build things together that neither of us could build alone. The organisations below each bring a distinct strength to the table, and together we deliver work that crosses sectors and borders.

Meet the organisations we work with.
